- Coating of parts using the thermal spray method: Thermal spray is the general name for a set of methods used to create surface coatings for parts. This procedure incorporates thermal and kinetic energy in the creation of coatings. The different methods to using the thermal spray process is divided to several major sub-branches depending on the type of fuel used, the pressure created, the extent of the applicable coatings, and the physical and chemical characteristics of the coating applied. These methods include Arc Spray, Flame Spray, APS, HVOF, and HP/HVOF, all of which are ready to be offered at the Behbood Sanat complex.
- Cladding method: Cladding is a welding process that in conjunction with the use of alloys and super alloys resistant to corrosion and wear, increases the life span of parts against surface degradation
